Services

 

Wednesday Night: 7 pm - 8:30 pm

On Wednesday Nights, we have our youth-led Bible study groups. Teens from our discipleship group present lessons that they have studied over the week to help their peers grow in a deeper relationship with Christ and expand their knowledge of the Bible.

 

 

Sunday School: 9:30 am - 10:15 am

In the morning, before the main church service, we meet and spend time together learning about what the Bible has to say about our lives. Topics range from leadership, discipleship, and love, to relationships and focusing on what God has said about His people.

 

 

Sunday Youth Service: 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

This is a full church service that is built for and designed for the Youth of our community in order to build a closer relationship with God. Door's open at 3:00 pm for small groups, with main service following at 4:00 pm. Since it's on Sunday afternoon's we try to always provide a healthy snack for students as well.

Prayer

It's not all about getting money to help fund things. We need prayer warriors to join us - to lock arms with us and pray that God would bring healing and help to the students of our community, that a revival will be brought forth through the youth of our community, and that God would show up and show off (as only He can) in the lives of students all around us.

If you want to donate to Ignite, you can do so in a few different ways. During Sunday morning service, you can specify in your offering what ministry you want your donation to go to. You can also donate through our online portal (under "Add a Message With Your Donation", remark that the donation is intended for Ignite.

Youth Camp

​

Camp is something that we do every summer. Every June we load up and head down to Cross Pointe Camp Grounds in Rocky Mount. We have an amazing time growing friendships with God and each other. Outside of services there is the Speed the Light coffee shop, swimming in the lake (complete with giant blob and slides), a 3 court basketball gym, tons of high energy games, the Snack Shack and more! Its an amazing time that you'll never forget! Check out this promo video!

Fine Arts

​

Fine Arts Festival is a discipleship tool of AG Youth Ministries designed to help students discover, develop and deploy their ministry gifts.

Beginning in September each year, over 65,000 junior and senior high school students begin preparing their entries for the district and National Fine Arts Festivals. Students may enter as many as 75 categories offered in 9 main divisions: Art, Communication, Dance, Drama, Enterprise, Exhibition, Instrumental, Vocal, and Writing.

Speed the Light

​

Speed the Light is a student backed Assemblies of God missions focused organization. The primary funds that are raised come from students all over the world. Our youth have the wonderful ability to go forth and contribute to missions by joining forces with other youth all across the world. As a single person we might not be able to change the world but together we can change everything!
