Rev. Larry Jess Fencl, Jr. accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in 2002. In 2010, he received his credentials to preach from the Assemblies of God. He faithfully served as the youth pastor at Odessa First Assembly of God for two years. During his educational journey in ministry, he followed God’s calling to attend Bible college in 2012. He spent two years in Springfield, MO, attending Central Bible College then Evangel University. He received his ordination from the Assemblies of God in 2017.

 

In 2014, Pastor Larry was appointed as the Lead Pastor to the River of Life Church in Boonville, MO, where he and his wife currently minister - not only to their church family, but to the community around them.

An effective communicator of God’s Word, Pastor Larry is known for his ability to break down the Word so that anyone can understand it and apply it to their daily lives. 

Pastors Larry and Vikki, have been married since 1988. They are the proud parents of two amazing adult children and grandparents to six wonderful grandchildren.

Rev. Vikki Fencl accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior when she was a child. Although not raised in a regular church setting, she was raised on the Word. In 2010, she began studies to become a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God. With life and work obligations extending her studies, she finally obtained ordination in April, 2023.

With an extensive business administration background, Pastor Vikki recently became the Administrative Pastor at River of Life, in full-time ministry along side her husband, reaching Boonville and beyond.
